All appointments start with a thorough consultation focused on you and your lifestyle, your hair and personal style.Then we apply our expertise to achieving what's best for you. We'll involve you in your appointment and educate you on the products used and arm you with the tools to maintain that rock'n style you fell in love with in the chair.
How We Do
Since 2000 N Salo has been a salon based on education and quality. We take pride in the word "specialized" and make sure what you receive from us can't be duplicated easily.
Roby Powers; owner, hairstylist and educator, doesn't hire many inexperienced stylists. Instead he offers an extensive apprenticeship training to build the strongest staff possible. The N Salo's staff is constantly pursuing continuing education, travelling to the TIGI academy annually and attending bi-weekly training sessions in the salon.
How We Roll
Work doesn't end for us when the lights go out. We are constantly thinking of ways to contribute to our community. We host an annual "Arts for the Art's hair and fashion show, donating all proceeds to to Kids Making It and non-profit children's organization dedicated to the arts. And with the great success of our "Toys for Boys and Girls benefit, collecting gifts for toys for tots.
The staff volunteers their time and donates their services for various other organizations. We want to know we are helping those in need and we encourage everyone to do the same.
